Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used personal care products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
